Select the items you wish to return or exchange and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our system.
Pack and Ship
Securely package the cushions in their original packaging and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new gear within 3-5 business days.
